AT Trek Carver’s Gap – MIDDLE SCHOOL
Join us on an adventure on one of the most scenic sections of the Appalachian trail! The Carver’s Gap section of the Appalachian Trail offers 360° views of Western North Carolina and Tennessee mountains. The group will spend 2 days and 1 night hiking this amazing section with the leadership of their counselors and other Lutherock staff. After an amazing hike, the group will drive to the Nolichucky River for a night of relaxation, campfires, and swimming. The next morning, campers will get the experience the thrill of whitewater rafting on the Nolichucky River with class III and IV rapids! Plenty of time will be spent at Lutherock for a ropes course, team building, group games, and all the camp songs you know and love! We cannot wait to see you on the mountain!
This is a perfect intro or next level camp to experience all of the awesome on-site adventures Lutherock offers. Campers get to help design what each day will hold and which activities they most want to participate in. All of these adventures are surrounded by great community meal-times, big group games, interactive worship, and discipleship time to build our resiliency to face the challenges in our journey and the opportunities to look like Jesus everywhere we go!
