Lutherock’s EXPLORERS program is designed for upper elementary campers and is packed with fun — whether it’s their first time at camp or they’ve been to Lutherock before. Campers will hike and climb at Cross Rock on Lutherock’s property, take on the High Gravity ropes course in Blowing Rock, soar on Lutherock’s ground-to-ground zip
line, and spend a day exploring the natural Sliding Rock in the Linville Gorge. Back at camp, days will be filled with activities like archery, games, team-building, and more. One night is set aside for a campout under the stars, complete with a campfire and s’mores. Campers will also enjoy a special visit from the May Wildlife Center, bringing animals right to camp!
